The McKenzie Towne Community Association membership fee is $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents per household. The fee supports events within our community and the day-to-day expenses the McKenzie Towne Community Association may incur to operate including liability insurance and mailbox rental.

The MTCA is a volunteer-based organization and separate from the McKenzie Towne Council (MTC). The annual fee you pay as a homeowner to the MTC is for the upkeep of community amenities, whereas the MTCA membership fees allows us to provide community events.
Membership to the McKenzie Towne Community Association provides priority registration and discounted pricing for community events (where applicable).
